Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for AUTHICA JEWELLERY credits equal to the full purchase price, minus any engraving and shipping fees. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used toward any design on our site or in our studio.

Return

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will un-set the AUTHICA JEWELLERY diamond(s) and melt the metal for recycling. Therefore, a SGD$400 recycling fee will be deducted from your return(s). This fee is waived if you choose to exchange for AUTHICA JEWELLERY credits instead.

Condition

Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in their original condition, including packaging with all original documentation.

Eligible Items

- All fine jewellery and loose diamonds that are not included in the exclusions list below.

Non-Eligible Items

- Customised and made-to-order items according to chosen jewellery setting, ring/bracelet size, and/or diamond requirements.
- Modified or resized rings.
- Misused items.
- Items altered by a third-party.
- Personalised fine jewellery with name engraving or design.
- Loose diamonds that have been set in a third-party design.
- Gift cards.
- Loose diamonds can only be returned within 10 days of delivery.
